Tumbling, Flexibility, Strength & Conditioning

Mini & Me

Age: 18 months to 3 years old

Parent participation required. 

Class is structured with warm-ups, stretching, trampoline time, and skill working stations. The last 10 minutes of class is open for less structured time to continue working stations, more trampoline time, or play time with other equipment. 

Tiny Tot Tumbling

Age: 3-5 years old

Class is structured with warm-ups, stretching, trampoline time, and skill working stations. Athletes will be working on the fundamentals of building tumbling skills. An important part of this class is learning to follow directions without parent participation.

Peewee Tumbling

Age: 5-6 years old

Introducing bridges, pushing for strong fundamental skills, and helping with maturity/readiness before your little joins the older athletes in the Tumbling Basics Class.

Tumbling Basics

Age: 7 and up

​Introducing and developing fundamental tumbling skills. Skills include forward/backward rolls, handstands, bridges, cartwheels, and more.   This class is great for athletes with little to no tumbling experience.  

Level 1 Tumbling

Age: 7 and up

Must have strong basic tumbling skills to enroll, including back bend and bridge kickovers.

Level 2 Tumbling

Age: 7 and up

Must have strong level 1 skills to enroll, including walkovers. 

Level 3/4/5 Tumbling

Age: 7 and up

Must have strong level 2 skills to enroll, including handsprings. 

High School Tumbling

Age: High Schoolers Only

A class designed for high school aged athletes looking to improve tumbling skills of any level.

Flexibility 

Age: 7 and up

This dynamic class is designed to enhance your flexibility, improve core strength, and promote overall body balance. 

Great for athletes not only looking to improve their flexibility for stunting but also for tumbling.

Strength & Conditioning

Age: 7 and up

​Athletes will be learning, or strengthening, their ability to maintain a strong mindset, positive attitude, and persevere.

Accomplished with a sequence of strength and conditioning exercises, including circuit training, strength training, aerobics, intervals, etc..
