Recreational Class Options

MINI & ME

Designed for children ages 18 months to 3 years, this class offers parent-participation and a fun, structured environment that includes warm-ups, stretching, trampoline time, and skill-station work. During the final 10 minutes, kids and parents can explore the equipment more freely, letting little ones build coordination and confidence while bonding with you.

TINY TOT TUMBLING

For ages 3 to 5, this class introduces young athletes to fundamentals of tumbling through warm-ups, stretching, trampoline time, and skill-stations. Kids begin working independently, learning to follow directions and participate without a parent in the station areas — all while developing body awareness and coordination.

PEEWEE TUMBLING

Aimed at children ages 5 to 6, this class focuses on building strong fundamental tumbling skills, including bridges and push-ups for preparation. It supports readiness for older-kids level classes by developing maturity, focus, and basic control in a fun, encouraging setting.

TUMBLING BASICS

This class is for athletes who have little to no prior tumbling experience. It introduces foundational skills such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, bridges, cartwheels, and more. It’s a perfect starting point for gaining strength, coordination, and confidence in a gymnastics-inspired environment.

LEVEL 1 TUMBLING

Open to athletes who already have strong basic tumbling skills (including a back bend and bridge kickovers). This class builds on fundamentals and moves into more advanced entries and transitions while refining body control, strength, and technique.

LEVEL 2 TUMBLING

this class requires mastery of Level 1 skills (including walkovers) and progresses into more advanced tumbling elements. Athletes work on higher-difficulty skills, increased speed and power, and expanded body awareness to prepare for the next level.

LEVEL 3/4/5 TUMBLING

For athletes aged 7 and up with strong Level 2 skills (including handsprings) who are ready to push into more advanced tumbling sequences. This class emphasizes power, precision, consistency, and mental focus — helping athletes elevate their tumbling to competitive levels.

HIGHSCHOOL TUMBLING

Exclusively for high-school-aged athletes, this class accommodates any level of tumbling experience and focuses on improving skills through age-appropriate progressions, training drills, and strength/technique refinement in a supportive environment.

FLEXIBILITY

This dynamic class enhances flexibility, core strength, and overall body balance. It’s ideal for anyone seeking to improve performance in tumbling, stunting, or dance by increasing range of motion, muscular control, and fluidity of movement.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

This class develops athleticism, mindset, and perseverance through a sequence of strength and conditioning exercises including circuit training, strength work, intervals, and aerobic drills. Athletes build a strong foundation of fitness to support all tumbling, stunting, and performance goals.

FLYER TRAINING

This class helps athletes build the flexibility, balance, and body control needed for confident flying. Coaches focus on core strength, stable body positions, and strong technique that supports safe, consistent progress in stunts. Athletes learn proper lines, shaping, and stability so they can perform with poise and precision on any team.

JUMPS

This class develops stronger, higher, and more controlled jumps through focused conditioning and technique work. Athletes train leg strength, flexibility, timing, and body positions while practicing toe touches, pikes, hurdlers, and specialty variations. The goal is cleaner form, better height, and the power to connect jumps with confidence in routines.
